In addition to the many reference tools found on our main site, we also offer the following educational tools and collections of teaching materials.
- Student Conflict Research Tools
Beyond Intractability search, articles, book and article summaries, interviews, newspaper articles, and searchable bibliographies of more than 4,000 Web and print publications provide a one-stop resource center that students can use to thoroughly investigate a full range of conflict topics.
- Exercises and Simulations
This growing collection of free online resources includes conflict simulations and an online conflict research guide.
- Online Courses and Educational Materials
Five different online courses and other educational materials based on Beyond Intractability and CRInfo (a partner site of Beyond Intractability).
- Student Contributor Program
This program asks students, as part of their term paper assignment, to write needed segments of the Knowledge Base. Quality papers would be published as part of the system, giving students recognition and a sense that they are making a meaningful contribution.
- Virtual Textbook Program allows instructors to redesign their texts as often as they want. Online expert interviews, each 30-60 minutes in duration, are also available for use as virtual "guest lecturers."
